COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
To all our wonderful clients,
All aspects of normal life have been affected in one way or another by COVID-19. There is no denying it. Here at JR’s Custom Catering, we wanted to remind you that we are here for you and understand the hardships you may be facing. We know that the thought of gathering in groups might seem a bit scary at the moment, but we are looking forward to regaining a sense of normalcy and fun times in the future.
As we are all well aware of, COVID-19 spreads from person to person. The potential of this spreading from between guests and staff can be worrisome. We have sanitized our venues top to bottom from ceilings, walls, all tables/chairs and equipment in between. This and many other preventative measures are to provide a safe environment for your event. Below you will find some general guidelines that we have been adopting to help ensure a safe reopening following the phase guidelines.
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures with FDA approved food-grade chemicals.
- Sanitizing wipes and/or hand sanitizer stations available around the venues for guests and staff to use.
- Seating around the venue will be spaced out accordingly to allow for social distancing between tables.
- Signage will be posted throughout the venues on recommended proper safety etiquette.
- Staff and Vendors will be screened for each event with temperature and wellness checks.
- Staff and Vendors will be required to wear face masks and gloves at all times.
- Additional staffing for each event to properly handle the extra safety precautions.
- New safety protocols in all aspects of our service and venues.
Please note these are just a few of our guidelines we are instituting to ensure the safety of your guests. These decisions are what we feel will be best suited for our venues and your level of comfort. Furthermore, you know your guests’ best, so if you have any questions please feel free to ask us.
